  • Condition of Returned Artwork: To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and in its original packaging. We require photographic evidence of the artwork's condition upon its arrival back to us as part of the return process.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

  • Exclusions: Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for returns due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

4. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are only offered if the artwork is returned within the 30-day period, in its original condition and packaging.

  • Processing Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 business days.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@cuatrogallery.com.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Reporting Issues: If the artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Resolution for Damaged Items: Depending on the case, we may replace the artwork or provide a refund. We will handle each case individually to ensure your satisfaction.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Rights: You have the right to cancel your order for any reason until your artwork has been shipped. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel your order and provide a full refund.
